Terms of Service

Welcome to Aurel Craft. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Products

Aurel Craft offers wooden products, organizers, mini car frames, handmade items, and custom-made products.

Because some products are handmade or made from natural wood, slight variations in color, texture, grain, and appearance may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, and prices. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly from images due to lighting, photography, screen settings, natural wood characteristics, or handmade production.

3. Orders

An order is considered confirmed after Aurel Craft has received and verified the required order details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in situations such as:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Incomplete customer information
Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order

If an order is cancelled by Aurel Craft after payment has been received, an appropriate refund or resolution will be provided.

4. Payment Terms

For eligible small products, customers may place orders through Cash on Delivery (COD).

For custom or higher-value products, Aurel Craft may require an advance payment of 20% to 50%, depending on the product and order requirements.

The remaining balance, where applicable, may be collected through COD upon delivery.

5. Custom Orders

Custom orders are produced according to the specifications provided or approved by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, measurements, designs, and customization requirements.

Once the required advance payment has been made, a custom order cannot be cancelled.

6. Delivery

Our standard delivery time is approximately 3–5 working days after order confirmation.

Custom orders may require additional production time depending on their complexity. The estimated delivery timeline for custom orders will be communicated to the customer.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are only available according to our Return & Refund Policy.

We generally accept returns or replacements only for products that arrive damaged or are incorrectly supplied.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate contact and delivery information
Providing correct customization details
Being available to receive COD orders
Checking the product upon delivery where possible

Aurel Craft is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on the Aurel Craft website, including brand name, logo, product images, graphics, text, and other materials, belongs to Aurel Craft or its respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission.
